Develop and establish various upmarket boutique resorts within Indonesia such as Kamandalu Resort & Spa Ubud Bali and Marante Highland Resort Toraja, Celebes Island. At Kamandalu Resort & Spa in charge as an executive assistant manager. Ensures day to day resort operations with 58 luxury villas, 5 food and beverage outlets and 200 employees. At Marante Highland Resort in charge as a room division manager, responsible to ensure and establish various departments such as front office, housekeeping and laundry operations with 112 luxury guest rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets and 300 employees. Prepare pre-opening Sheraton Lagoon Resort. Establish front office operational include front desk, reservation, guest relation, concierge, telephone operator, uniform service and airport representative. At that time, Benakutai Hotel is developed as The Regent of Balikpapan a Regent International Hotel. A four star city hotel with 200 luxury guest rooms and 8 food and beverage outlets with 400 employees. Located in Balikpapan, oil city East Borneo. In charge in various departments at managerial positions such as an assistant front office manager, an assistant sales manager and latest position as a sales manager.
