I am currently following a Management Program within Schott Glass, in the Pharmaceutical Packaging division. During a 3 year training in Indonesia, I will be leading different projects in connection with different departments (customer service, quality, production, logistics)

Main activities: project management

1) Follow-up of improvement projects (inc. investment projects)
- Project plan (planning, budget)
- Daily follow up with project teams
- Monthly review and report to headquarter
- regular benchmark with sister companies for project support

2) Implementation of best practices from the business unit

3) Improving Continuous Improvement program (Business Process Owner)
- employee idea program (implemented)
- project management guideline (on going)
- project improvement communication

4) Project leader
- greenbelt certification (project = energy consumption)
