My work was to contribute to the writing of the SOW for call for tender for EPC contractors, define the required ressources to perform the commissioning and get budget approval, mobilise the required ressources (logistic, staff, tools and equipment), organise and follow-up commoissioning engineering, execute the commissioning and hand-over the facilities to start-up teams, and finally demobilise the teams after work completion.

Ressources managed during the peak of activity : budget 50 m$, 150 people from Technicians up to yard manager.
